Your privacy
The short version: we only collect what we need to care for your pet, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. Last updated 1 October 2026.
1. What we collect
Your name, contact details and address, plus your pet's name, species, breed, age and medical history.
If you book online, we also store the appointment details and any notes you add.
2. How we use it
To provide care, send reminders and confirmations, process payments and meet our legal duties as a veterinary practice.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send pet care tips once a month. You can unsubscribe from any email.
4. How long we keep it
Medical records are kept for at least five years after your pet's last visit, in line with Greek veterinary regulations.
5. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails. These are your rights under the GDPR. Email privacy@pawheaven.gr or ask at the front desk. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
